The Winners of the Olympiad in each discipline received the top prize – an educational trip to Russia.
For Mathematics the 1st place was won by Vishwanath.K.S from Ramanujan Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics, University of Madras.
For Chemistry the 1st place was won by Kanish.R from Rajalakshmi Engineering college.
For Physics the 1st place was won by Raghav Sah from University of Madras.
Rosatom also announced winners for its special Nuclear Energy nomination: Rahul Kumar from VIT Vellore, Mohammed Ibrahim, Pachaiyappas college and W.S. Saadat Salman Shariff from University of Madras received special prizes.
In total, 2,568 students from 18 major universities and colleges of Tamil Nadu participated in the Olympiad. The record holder for the number of participants became Anna Adarsh College for Women, where the tasks of the Olympiad were solved by 936 students. Top 327 students from all universities and colleges participated in the final stages.
