On April 28, 2021 the JSC ETC GET specialists started to mount boards and panels of a full-scope simulator, a replica of Rooppur NPP existing control room, in NPP training center building in Bangladesh.
A successful FSS acceptance inspection was performed at ETC JSC GET industrial site in Moscow this March, which has initiated the subsequent simulator structures installation. Mr. Kamrul Ahsan, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in Russia, took part in the event.

Full-scope simulator (FSS) that simulates Power Unit operation modes is a basic and integral part of the NPP operating personnel training system. Moreover, the FSS is used to test practical skills of process control when one obtains permits of the Country’s supervisory body to perform works in the nuclear field.
