Machine-building division of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation - Atomenergomash and Heatmaster B.V. (Netherlands) - a major manufacturer of boiler systems for seagoing vessels, have signed a Memorandum of understanding.  

The purpose of the document is to consider the possibility of cooperation on promising projects in the field of shipbuilding and ship repair. Particularly, will be considered the possibility of Dutch company participation as a partner of Atomenergomash in the project "Leader", project of passenger liner PV300 and other promising projects in the field of shipbuilding and ship repair. 

The parties have agreed to study the issues related to the execution of promising projects that are of interest for both parties, as well as to interchange information in order to prepare joint proposals. 

Specific conditions for execution of the mentioned project, separation of obligations of the parties, terms and conditions of delivery and work execution will be indicated in a separate contract. 

Along with that will be explored the possibility of localization of equipment manufacturing of the Dutch company to the enterprises of  Atomenergomash, including for the benefit of the biggest Russian companies specialized in shipbuilding.

Earlier, similar documents were signed with Dutch suppliers of shipbuilding products - companies "Coops & Nieborg BV" and "Machine- en Lierenfabriek C.Kraaijeveld BV".
